Hey everyone!  I've got another tag coming your way to break apart the consistent reviews and add something different to my blog.  I thought it would be super fun to do so lets go!

SKINCARE

1. How many times do you wash your face daily?
I wash my face twice a day: in the morning I use a light daily face wash, and at night I use a deep cleanser or exfoliator.

2. What skin type do you have? (dry, oily, combo)
My skin type is combination/normal: I have an oily T zone but tend to get slight dry patches around the jaw or mouth area.

3. What is your current facial wash?
Neutrogena Blackhead Cleanser

4. Do you exfoliate?
Of course!  I tend to exfoliate about 2-3 times a week.  Either I use an exfoliating face wash by Neutrogena or I use my Vanity Planet facial brush set.

5. What brand do you use?
Neutrogena

6. What moisturizer do you use?
Currently, I am on the hunt for the perfect moisterizer but a trusty one for me is Aveno.  It's a fraction of the price compared to high end ones and makes my skin feel smooth and plump.

7. Do you have freckles?
Nope! Sometimes I wish I had them.

8. Do you use eye cream?
I'm currently trying out the Mircella Eye gel to see how it comes through.

9. Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
I am a victim to the odd spot but by the grace of God I have been lucky enough to not suffer with acne.

10. Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
No, I've never needed to, again all glory to God.

MAKE-UP

11. What foundation do you use?
I currently am using the L'oreal True Match Foundation.

12. How about concealer?
I am in love with the Wet n Wild Photo Finish Concealer which is perfect for the brown girls that are on the hunt for a cheap as chips concealer that works with our skin tone.

13. Do you know your undertone color?
Yes, I have yellow and warm undertones.

14. What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I really love them and think they're very fun to play around with.  Although I am no expert in this department, I do wish to one day invest in eyelash extensions.

15. Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes, but sadly I tend to stretch my luck because mascara is expensive.

16. What brand of mascara do you use?
At the moment, I am rocking an underdog mascara: Rimmel London.

17. Sephora or MAC?
Sephora for variety but I do love MAC.

18. Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No unfortunately.

19. What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Eyelash curlers, makeup brushes, makeup sponges, makeup wedges- you name it, I've probably got it.

20. Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes I do, I use the ELF Eyelid Primer which is cheap but does the job.

21. For the face?
I don't surprisingly, I prefer to reach for illuminators or facial mists.

22. What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
This is a tough one.  I use a lot of eyeshadow from various brands but I would have to say anything from the Maybelline the Nudes palette or ELF's Baked Eyeshadows which are tremendous quality.

23. Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I use gel eyeliner for the upper lid and then pencil or kohl on the bottom to waterline/tightline.

24. How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
I don't do it anymore but growing up it was a daily occurrence.  More so now, I find that after lining my water line my eyes get watery so I need to start my makeup look with that so my tears don't ruin my face makeup.

25. What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
I do really like and appreciate them.  I think they offer more vivid color and sheens but they are difficult to master and work with.

26. Do you use mineral makeup?
I do!  I love BareMinerals for example.

27. What is your favorite lipstick?
Rimmel London Dark Knight Water L-oops and ColorPop Satin Lipstick in Hello Kitty.

28. How about lipgloss?
I am not a lipgloss person but I use to love the Soap and Glory lipglosses.

29. What is your favorite blush to use?
Cargo Blush in Bali just seems to compliment my skintone the best and RMS beauty in Vogue Rose.

30. Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
No I don't.  I'm too scared to deal with non-commercial vendors with regards to makeup or ingestibles.

31. Do you like drugstore makeup?
Of course! 90% of my makeup is drugstore.

33. Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
Unfortunately, I've never had the chance to go to one but I most definitely feel like I would reap the benefits if I am lucky enough to attend one.

34. Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
I have taken makeup classes and certified when I was 15/16 because I just love it so much.

34. Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
I can be if I have music blaring at the same time and I'm trying to dance.  Or, I have a bad case of randomly sneezing continuously making it difficult.

35. Name a makeup crime that you hate?
When people don't blend.  Blend out your contours, highlights, blushes, eyeshadows and even your lipstick!

36. Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
On a day-to-day basis I love neutrals but dramatic neutrals like smokey eyes.  I rarely do play with pops of color but if I do it would be reds, blues, greens, and purples.

37. Which celebrity always has great make up?
Deepica Mutyala.  I am her biggest fan.  #telugutwins.

37. If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item, what would you use?
Most likely I would use mascara because I think having done up eyelashes can just pull a non-makeup face together with ease.

38. Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
More often than not.

39. Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
I am slowly becoming more comfortable in my own skin and I think God has blessed me very much.

40. In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
L'oreal (and all of the companies it works with), Benefit, ELF, MAC, and RMS.

41. What do you think of Makeup??
I personally love makeup.  I think its really fun to switch up your look from grunge, goth, or simple and sweet.  It's a creative outlet and it most certainly an art.  I do agree that makeup should enhance your natural features rather than turn you into a different person but using it for costume-looks as well is just another fun idea.  I think there should be no rules or laws when it comes to makeup and if you feel comfortable and confident with AND without it, then no one else should judge.
